Image Quality Guarantee Requirements

Because the digital process relies inherently closely on your original submitted photo, your input is incredibly critical. By submitting a photograph, you fully acknowledge that low-resolution, blurry, or poor lighting conditions will negatively impact the final custom AI digital art. Bespoke Nature of Products

Due to the entirely custom nature of our global print-on-demand services, all sales are natively considered final the second our artists forcefully begin rendering the design. Custom bespoke pet portraits simply cannot be restocked or resold to another consumer.

72-Hour Auto-Approval Policy

We absolutely strive to get your amazing artwork delivered to your local door as rapidly as possible. Once we deliver your first digital proofs, we mandate your feedback within exactly 72 hours. If feedback is strangely not received within this specific timeline, this constitutes automatic approval. The product will immediately proceed directly to our local regional printing hubs.

Chargebacks and Active Disputes

We are a highly reputed international company. Therefore, filing a localized chargeback with your bank or associated credit card provider for a custom order before attempting to resolve the matter directly with our team constitutes a material breach of the terms of service. If an order tragically arrives damaged, immediately read our internal Refund Policy to quickly receive a completely free replacement.
